Rochester Triple Murder Suspect Pleads Guilty Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man today entered guilty pleas to three counts of second-degree murder. 30-year-old Renard Carter was accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend and her young daughter at their apartment in Rochester last fall. Several hours after the victims were found inside the residence on September 13th, Carter was captured in South Carolina, where he was shot and wounded by a police officer when he emerged from an apartment holding a BB gun. The criminal complaint alleged he strangled 23-year-old Kiona Foote, which also resulted in the death of her unborn child, and also strangled her two-year-old daughter Miyona Miller. Afterward, Carter posted videos on social media that showed him committing one of the slayings.
