The number of homes sold through the MLS System of the Renfrew County Real Estate Board totaled 96 units in January 2021. This was an increase of 29.7 per cent from January 2020. Residential sales haven’t hit this level in the month of January in 15 years and came in just two sales shy of the January record in 2006.
The average price of homes sold in January 2021 was $335,903, a large increase of 38.9 per cent from January 2020.
