Redmi launched three new smartphones in China last month and concluded the Redmi K40 series launch. Now, the two devices out of the series including the vanilla Redmi K40 and the Redmi K40 Pro+ have been spotted on a Google Play Console listing ahead of the global launch of the phones.
Where the Redmi K40 is expected to launch as Poco F3 globally, the Redmi K40 Pro+ could come as Mi 11i Pro globally whereas in India it could come as Mi 11X Pro. The Google Play Console listing has been spotted my tipster Mukul Sharma which further confirms the specifications of the Redmi K40 Pro+.

Redmi is set to launch Redmi K40 and Redmi K40 Pro smartphones on 25th February in China. Now ahead of the launch, Redmi K40 been spotted on Geekbench benchmarking platform, revealing key specs.
As per the Geekbench listing, the Redmi K40 will be powered by a 1.80GHz Qualcomm processor coupled with 8 GB of RAM. However, we can expect the device to launch in more RAM variants as well.
For the software, the phone runs the latest Android 11 operating system out of the box. The phone has appeared at the Geekbench benchmarking platform with M2012K11AC model number and ‘alioth’ codename. This codename is associated with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC, which suggests that the phone will be powered by the flagship Snapdragon 888 So

As Xiaomi prepares to release its newest variant of the Redmi series, news of the specifications and features will come out on the upcoming Redmi K40 and the Redmi K40 Pro.
Redmi K40 Specs
According to Gadgets 360, the Redmi K40 and Redmi K40 Pro will feature a 4,520mAh battery and a 6.67-inch AMOLED display of 120Hz refresh rate that claimed to have an enhanced viewing experience for its users.
The upcoming variant will also feature a flat display and a minimal hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera with a 2mm size, teasing it to have the record for the smallest camera featured in a phone.
Redmi K40 series has been teased ahead of its February 25 launch on Weibo. Redmi General Manager Lu Weibing shared an image of a triple rear camera setup with two large sensors and one small sensor, and an image confirming the presence of Snapdragon 888 SoC.
