By Ryan Young Jul 5, 2021 | 6:40 PM Another court appearance has been made by a Winnipeg man charged in the death of Indian Head RCMP Constable Shelby Patton. In Regina Provincial Court this afternoon (Mon) 41-year-old Alphonse Traverse has been remanded in custody for this Wednesday (July 7). His co-accused, 42-year-old Marlene Pagee, also of Winnipeg, is due in Regina Court the same day. On the morning of June 12th, Patton stopped a truck that was reported stolen from Manitoba in the Town of Wolseley, and while Patton was out of his vehicle, the truck allegedly ran him over. The vehicle was later found in a field near Francis and two suspects were taken into custody.
