NEW DELHI: FCA India on Wednesday launched the 2021 Jeep Wrangler. The SUV will be locally assembled at the automaker’s Ranjangaon facility in Maharashtra.
The 2021 Jeep Wrangler will be available in two variants in India- Unlimited and Rubicon. The Unlimited variant is priced at Rs 53.90 lakh (ex-showroom) and the Rubicon variant is priced at Rs 57.50 lakh (ex-showroom). The 2021 Wrangler undercuts the outgoing 2020 model by Rs 10.04 lakh due to the localization. The deliveries have commenced for the model.
2021 Jeep Wrangler is powered by a 2.0-litre, in-line 4-cylinder turbo-petrol mill which churns out 268 hp of power and offers a peak torque of 400 Nm. The engine is paired to an 8-speed automatic gearbox. Both the variants feature a 4x4 powertrain.
