To that end, the organization will deploy 512 observers, of whom 500 are from Ecuador itself and 12 from abroad, in cities such as Quito, Guayaquil, Cuenca, Riobamba, Loja, Ibarra, Macas, Portoviejo and Manta. In this regard, the organization s director, Ruth Hidalgo, said the observers were elected by directors of Participación Ciudadana in each of the cities where they will carry out their duties.
