A section of the busy Bath Road in Bristol has reopened after a crash reportedly involving a lorry and a bus.
The A4 Bath Road was blocked this afternoon (Thursday, May 13) following a collision at the Three Lamps junction, which is between Totterdown Bridge and Bath Bridge Roundabout.
Traffic-monitoring service Inrix reported at 12.40pm: A4 Bath Road Eastbound blocked, queuing traffic due to accident, a bus and a lorry involved from A37 Wells Road (Three Lamps junction) to Russet Lane (Totterdown Bridge).
Plane crashes into Lyon Township home, killing businessman, wife, son
A small plane has crashed into a Lyon Township home, killing the pilot and two passengers, according to Oakland County Sheriff Mike Bouchard. .
Lyon Township firefighters said on Facebook Saturday that the crash caused the Dakota Drive home in the Orchards of Lyon subdivision to erupt in flames.
Neighbors began calling soon after the collision happened at about 3:43 p.m.
Upon arrival, firefighters saw that the plane struck the back of the home in the Orchards of Lyon subdivision, just north of the Oakland/Southwest Airport.
The home s residents escaped safely, but lost their pet cat, Lyon Township Fire Chief Ken Van Sparrentak said Sunday.

OAKLAND COUNTY, MI The pilot and two passengers who died when their private plane crashed into a New Hudson home Saturday afternoon have been identified.
The pilot of the plane was David S. Compo, former president of the Home Builders Association of Southeastern Michigan. Compo, along with his wife Michele Compo and their son Dawson, died in the crash, a news release from the association states.
