The two sides got a close-up look at each other in Super League Round 8 in what was a dress rehearsal for the Challenge Cup semi-final at Leigh Sports Village, kick-off 2.30pm. In the eight days since Saints picked up that 34-16 win at The Totally Wicked Stadium, both sides have had the chance to scrutinise video footage of what both teams did well – and not so well – and produce a game plan that they believe can book them a place in the decider at Wembley against Castleford Tigers or Warrington Wolves on Saturday, July 17.
