Justice Party lawmaker Ryu Ho-jeong on Wednesday campaigned for Korea finally to legalize tattoos by posing in a purple dress that revealed her lightly tattooed back.
Ryu led a motion to legalize tattoo businesses last week and sported the dress in a press conference in front of the National Assembly. In fact it was only a sticktoo.
