Vault Comics Signs Worldwide Distribution Deal With Simon & Schuster

Vault Comics is jumping from Diamond Comic Distributors to Simon & Schuster for global bookstore distribution. Today, the two companies announced an agreement that will see the book distributor, which ViacomCBS sold to Penguin Random House in November, handling distribution for the comics publisher, which celebrates its fifth anniversary this year, starting May 1st. Vault s monthly comic book releases will still be available to order from Diamond in the direct market. We are excited to partner with Simon & Schuster to distribute our books to booksellers everywhere, said Vault CEO & Publisher Damian Wassel in a press release. As Vault continues to expand our catalog, break ground in film, television, and other media, and reach new fans, we know we ll be able to count on the team at S&S to support our growth for years to come.

A WOMAN who narrowly survived a horse riding accident is back in the saddle and planning a return to eventing in 2021.
Anna Tomson was crushed beneath her mare Berry when the pair were out hacking through College Wood, off Deadman’s Lane, near Goring Heath, in May.
The animal was startled by some off-road motorcyclists and fell on top of her, inflicting severe internal injuries.
Miss Tomson was in a coma in hospital for four weeks, during which she underwent several operations. She required extensive physiotherapy after coming round.
She rode again for the first time in October and has since completed some small jumps on Berry and now intends to follow a more structured training programme.

I’ll admit, there’s a fun and excitement in reading something like A Dark Interlude without having read Fearscape. I almost suspect this book might make sense if I had done so. But here I am, trying to decipher what Ryan O’Sullivan is putting to page, and I’m enjoying the adventure even if I’m likely not getting it as intended. There’s a lot to like here in a book as verbose as this with its kind of surreal feeling and Andrea Mutti has been doing great work in bringing it to life. Though I cut my teeth on their more grounded and human stories, the look of the supernatural or whatever it is definitely is distinctive and engaging
