The family of missing mother of five Amy Schulkins have made an emotional plea for people to come forward with information that may help find her.
Ms Schulkins, 36, left her Caboolture South home, north of Brisbane, just before 11:00pm on December 30 last year.
Her wife Rebecca Schulkins said the disappearance was completely out of character, and that Amy seemed a bit off that night.
