Ia Anspach a 58-year-old businesswoman, bodybuilder and fitness trainer from Spring Valley Lake believes hard work pays off because has seen the results while making her own dreams come true.
Anspach said she hopes her latest dream will come to fruition by July when she plans to opens her Fit World center inside the building that formerly occupied 24 Hour Fitness on the corner of Bear Valley Road and Seventh Avenue in Victorville.
Previously located in the Food 4 Less shopping center for decades, 24 Hour Fitness closed in June 2020. It was one of 100 company clubs nationwide that permanently shuttered that year due to bankruptcy and after the COVID-19 pandemic forced gyms to close for months, the Daily Press reported.

Victor Valley residents awoke Monday morning to a second round of falling snow, which began Sunday night and turned the area into a winter wonderland with dangerous driving conditions.
A slight chance of rain was also expected Monday, according to the National Weather Service, which issued a same-day wind advisory from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. in Apple Valley and Lucerne Valley. Winds were expected to reach 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.
Saturday’s snowstorm included 2 inches of powder in Apple Valley, 2 to 3 inches in Hesperia, 3 inches in Lucerne Valley, 9 inches in Crestline and just over a foot in the Big Bear area, the NWS reported.
