Richard Richardson is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, 140 pounds, with a dark complexion, small build, and low haircut, police said. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and black jogging pants with a red stripe. He was possibly carrying a bookbag. Rayvin George is described as having a dark complexion, heavy build, and braided hair pulled back in a bun, police said. She was last seen wearing multi-color pajamas.
