An Post has transformed Adam Kind’s virtual hug into a special Christmas postmark.
The six-year-old from Killeagh in Co. Cork stole the hearts of the nation when he appeared on RTE’s Late Late Toyshow.
His hug will be applied to millions of Christmas cards and letters during the sorting process from today. Ryan Tubridy announced the news on last night’s Late Late Show.
Richard Miley of An Post Mails & Parcels said “We’re big fans of Adam and his virtual hug. As we all Send Love this Christmas, this special hug on every envelope keeps us all connected, even if we can’t hug in person this year. Thanks, Adam, for making the world a whole lot brighter this Christmas.”
The news was announced on the Late Late Show on Friday night by host Ryan Tubridy who said Adam s hug would be applied to millions of Christmas cards and letters during the sorting process before Christmas.
