A Frisco resident said he is worried about the city’s future after three City Council members dismissed an ethics complaint he filed against Mayor Jeff Cheney and three other members.
In the complaint filed last month, Martin Woodward requested that Cheney, John Keating, Brian Livingston and Dan Stricklin be removed from office for not following the state mask mandate or the city’s COVID-19 emergency order.
