High school students organize their own prom
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) The graduating class of 2021 has overcome a lot to make it to the finish line.
But when some students at Roseville Area High School found out a normal senior prom wasn’t happening, they got creative.
“I never knew how much I would take a regular school day for granted,” senior Brooke Green said.
It wasn’t a typical senior year, or junior year for that matter.
“There’s just a lot of getting our hopes up too soon and then just being let down over and over again,” senior Ricky Weber said.

Three men arrested in connection with an alleged shooting in Aberdare have pleaded not guilty to attempted murder.

Two men have been charged with attempted murder after gun shots were fired at a house in Aberdare.
Officers are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the incident, at Windsor Street in Trecynon, at around 21:30 GMT on 1 February.
Oliver Pearce, 30, from Rhydyfelin, and Ricky Webber, 28, from Porth, were charged on Friday and have been remanded in custody.
They were due to appear before Cardiff Magistrates Court on Saturday morning.
Mr Pearce and Mr Webber are also charged with possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, possession of a weapon with intent to endanger life, and possession of a weapon in a public place.
