Captain Rick Dickson, a public affairs officer for the 3rd Special Forces Group, posted a photo of himself and a female friend – who he says is an Iraq War veteran – on Twitter May 15.
“Heading to daughter’s cheerleading with one of my best friends and fellow Iraq vet. She needs to get a Twitter,” he wrote in the tweet, sharing the image of himself and his friend.
