Schaeffer to be awarded honorary doctorate at WT spring commencement WTAMU Newsroom CANYON Prominent regional businessman and philanthropist Stanley Schaeffer will be awarded an honorary doctorate on Saturday by his alma mater, West Texas A&M University.
