A 19-year-old allegedly told a Harker Heights police officer he âworked for a cartelâ before âthreatening to kill the arresting officersâ during an arrest Sunday, according to police.
Gabriel Luke Caprio, 19, was booked into the Bell County Jail Sunday on a charge of harassment of a public servant â a third-degree felony.
According to an arrest affidavit, on June 13 a Harker Heights police officer was aiding in the arrest and transport of Caprio for public intoxication when the teen âclaimed to work for a cartel and threatened to kill the arresting officers.â
Before Caprio was placed in a holding cell at the Harker Heights Police Department, the teen also allegedly spit on a police officer.

Zanai Jones, who has already signed her scholarship letter to Big East power Villanova, returns for her final season at Hudson Catholic
The Hudson Catholic High School girls’ basketball team had a fantastic season a year ago, but then suffered a tough loss to Bayonne in the Hudson County Tournament championship game.
“It stings for a while,” said Hudson Catholic head coach
Pete Vincent. “It’s a feeling that is not fun. As a coach and our staff, we immediately embraced it. We now have to find a way to use it to our advantage. It’s definitely not what we wanted. We had two seniors and that’s what hurts me the most is that we lost for them.”
