State Sen. Joyce Elliott, D-Little Rock, called it “unusual” as the 93rd general assembly was filled with culture-war politics. But Gov. Asa Hutchinson said the state is in a better position after the session. There were 1,100 laws enacted since the assembly convened on Jan. 11. Four elected officials state Sen.
