The deal for Miami’s Cosgrove Enterprises Inc. represents the 33 rd acquisition by Imperial Dade’s current leadership team of CEO Robert Tillis and President Jason Tillis, the firm said. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. “Cosgrove’s strong reputation and track record of outstanding customer service make the company a great addition to the Imperial Dade platform,” Robert Tillis said in a prepared statement. “We enthusiastically welcome the Cosgrove team members to our family.” Cosgrove has six facilities in three Southern states, Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. “Cosgrove’s commitment to customer service aligns well with Imperial Dade’s philosophy and values,” Jason Tillis said in a statement. “We are excited to further strengthen our presence in the Southeast and look forward to partnering with (CEO and President Greg Rogers) and his team to capitalize on the many growth opportunities that we see ahead for the business.”
