It is led by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, known as DENR, with substantial funding from the Asian Development Bank, International Fund for Agricultural Development, Global Environment Facility and the Government of the Philippines. World Agroforestry (ICRAF) has been providing technical support in the last two and a half years of the project.
