Rockland Public Library to make changes May 24
May 21, 2021
Based upon CDC and state recommendations, beginning Monday, May 24 the Rockland Public Library will lift time and capacity limits for library use. Masks will be required inside; only the main level is open.
The library interior is about to be repainted with carpeting replaced. Areas of the collection will be unavailable for borrowing, and PCs will be inaccessible as painters move through the building.
However, the interlibrary loan service will still be available, so patrons can use Minerva or MaineCat to request items, which may be temporarily unavailable in Rockland.
