Manchester police and fire responded to a deceased man located near North Commercial Street. The identity is not being released yet. (Jeffrey Hastings)
MANCHESTER, NH Manchester police and fire were dispatched to the area of 780 North Commercial for a dead man that was located on Sunday.
The body was found near the riverbank in an area known as Eversource Energy Park, which is private property, just south of the Amoskeag Bridge area. The identity and age of the man have not been released, however, MPD Spokesperson Heather Hamel confirmed the person was a man.
Hamel said, at this time, the death does not appear to be suspicious. Sources confirmed to Patch the man was an adult.

MANCHESTER, NH New Hampshire Deputy Attorney General Jane E. Young and Manchester Police Chief Allen D. Aldenberg announced additional information regarding the death of Cynthia Halloran, 69, of Manchester on Thursday.
Shortly after 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2020, police responded to a 911 call reporting that a body, later identified as Halloran, had been found behind one of the fields in the Youngsville baseball complex near the parking lot for the Rockingham Rail Trail.
New Hampshire Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Jennie Duval performed an autopsy on Halloran on December 31, 2020. However, the determination of the cause and manner of Halloran s death was not complete at that time pending further investigation and testing. Authorities now say after further investigation and testing, Duval has concluded Halloran s cause and manner of death are undetermined.

Authorities are looking for the public s help in determining the whereabouts of Cynthia Halloran on the morning of Dec. 30, 2020, hours before her untimely death.
