Rockingham Educational Foundation, Inc. (REFI) is a nonprofit in Harrisonburg that supports learning by securing financial contributions and educational resources that benefit the students and teachers in Rockingham County Public Schools.
They connect our caring community and innovative educators to build stronger schools. They do this through their five core programs: Early Literacy, Innovative Learning Grants for Educators, Student Scholarships, Our Teacher Supply Depot and Teacher Recognition.

Arts Council of the Valley announces the fifth annual artVISION: Rockingham County Youth Art Month Show, March 1-26.
The 2021 Smith House Galleries exhibition will present more than 85 works online in three (elementary, middle, high school) virtual albums.
