Former hospo boss Olivia Scott now works as a reiki healer, living in a renovated flat beneath her studio.
Olivia Scott, founder of The Raw Food Kitchen, now works as a reiki healer and life/business coach. She lives with two flatmates on the lower level of a villa in Grey Lynn, Auckland, and works upstairs.
OLIVIA: I found the house about 18 months ago. It s a two-storey villa. The woman who owns the house is a psychologist upstairs. She showed me the place downstairs which had been beautifully renovated recently. I was practising my business nearby, but was looking for a place where I could expand. When I looked at the house downstairs I said I d love to take it, got accepted, and sat on it for a couple of weeks. I said, “would you have a room I could rent upstairs too?” It was exactly what I was looking for, really. And it feels like work is separate from home.
