Saturday, April 3, 2021 7:40 pm Frank Collins, 76, of Harrison, departed this life on Thursday, April 1, 2021, at Parkridge North Medical Center. Born in Chattanooga on July 13, 194,4 to the late Nick and Frances Collins, he attended Lakeway Baptist Church and was co-owner of The Highway 58 Tire Store. Frank was a well-known mechanic and loved spending time with family and friends. In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his daughter, Lucinda Collins Pickett; as well as several siblings. Left behind to cherish Frank s memory are his loving wife of 60 years, Ellen Collins; children: Johnny Collins( Tina), Vince Collins, Russell Collins (Jamie), and Michael Collins; 16 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family as well as a host of friends.
