Father of abducted baby arrested by deputies for outstanding warrant, authorities say
The boyfriend of the boy’s mother remains at large and is suspected of having kidnapped the child with her on Thursday. The infant was later found safe.
Seven-month-old Miguel Ramirez was found safe earlier this week after authorities issued an Amber Alert for his abduction. Faith Joann Reid, 20, the boy s mother has been arrested and accused of abducting the baby, according to the Parker County sheriff s office. Marcus Allhoff Nast, 25, remains at large.(Ennis Police Department)
7-month-old taken at gunpoint from home; man still being sought

A 7-month-old boy who was taken from his father s home in Ennis at gunpoint on Thursday morning was found safe in Parker County on Friday afternoon and the non-custodial mother of the child is in custody, police said.
Police are still searching for 25-year-old Marcus Nast, the man who police said accompanied the mother to the Ennis home and pulled a gun on the boy’s father.
A statewide Amber Alert was called off on Friday evening after police located the infant, Miguel David Lee Ramirez, with his mother, 20-year-old Faith Reid.

Parker County Sheriffâs deputies arrested a man on escape charges after he was arrested and fled custody on foot.
Parker County Sheriff Russ Authier said the incident occurred late Tuesday evening when deputies were dispatched to a burglary in progress call in the 7000 block of Cimmaron Trail. The complainant reported two subjects were attempting to break in her residence and were possibly armed.
Sheriffâs deputies arrived on scene and discovered both subjects sitting inside a black Kia parked in the driveway with a 4-year-old child in the back seat.
