Bombay High Court has questioned Maharashtra Government recently over the Common Entrance Test, CET Syllabus. This CET Syllabus is with regards to the First Year Junior Colleges, FYJC Admissions 2021. It has further questioned the government on the condition of priority for this year s FYJC admissions.
A Bench of Justices Ramesh Dhanuka and Riyaz Chagla asked the state government if separate boards can have their own separate syllabus for CET. This questioning was mostly centered referring to a separate syllabus for Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE and Indian Certificate of Secondary Education, ICSE students.
