Awareness among youths on voting rights underscored 256 RANGPUR, March 2, 2021 (BSS) – Creating awareness among youths on voting rights and inspiring them in exercising voting rights have become crucial to give democracy an institutional shape. The opinion came today at a discussion arranged by Rangpur Regional Office of the Election Commission here with the assistance of the Divisional Commissioner’s Office in observance of the National Voters’ Day 2 March 2021 in the city. Additional Divisional Commissioner (General) Md. Zakir Hossain inaugurated observance of the day by releasing festoon and balloons on Rangpur Regional Office of the Election Commission premises as the chief guest.
