Cathy Anderson Jones was once known as the Rhyme Time Storyteller, acting out the stories she had written in front of entire schoolsâ worth of students.
But before that, the Ohio native admits she was too shy to preform even in front of her husband.
She started writing, she said, at the age of 19, just after getting married and after accepting Jesus as her savior.

One of the plaques that make up the Story Book Trail at Eubank Park stands ready, awaiting the page of a children s book that it will hold. The trail will have its grand opening this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The first local Story Book Trail is set to open this Saturday in Eubank, but itâs only the beginning of what the trailâs organizers hope is a long and epic tale for Pulaskiâs children.

Once upon a time there was an idea.
Then, a group of people took that idea, created a plan and are now on their way to making that it a reality.
The group is the 2020 Leadership Lake Cumberland class, and the idea is to create a series of signs that will dot along the trails of popular parks of the community. Each sign will hold a page from a childrenâs book, and following the trail will lead to the end of the story.
