The woman was found sitting in the passenger seat of a motor vehicle, while the man, who remained in critical condition as of late afternoon, was on the ground nearby, according to a release, which said police arrived at the scene around 8 a.m. and believe the two people are known to each other. He is 4 with black hair and brown eyes.
