MANDAN, N.D. The trial of a chiropractor accused of killing four people on April 1, 2019, in Mandan has been delayed again.
Morton County District Judge David Reich signed a notice on Tuesday, May 11, to move the start of Chad Trolon Isaak s 15-day trial from June 7 to Aug. 2.
Isaak, 46, faces four murder charges for allegedly stabbing and shooting RJR Maintenance and Management co-owner Robert Fakler, 52, as well as employees Adam Fuehrer, 42, and William Cobb, 50, and Lois Cobb, 45.
The defense asked for a continuance to get its attorneys up to speed on the case, said Luke Heck, a Vogel Law Firm attorney who is representing Isaak. This is the fourth time the trial was moved.
