A simple but meaningful production is being prepared by the organizers for the last State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday.
According to Kat de Castro, co-chairperson of the SONA working committee with Martin Andanar, the production will be simple, featuring the stage design of the indigenous design of Mindanao.
The documentary “Ang Pangulo (The President)” will also be aired before the President’s speech.
As in SONA 2019, the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra (PPO) will once again play Duterte’s favorite songs.
Due to health protocols, all PPO music is prerecorded, according to Demic Pabalan, executive director of RTVM.
