Premier Gladys Berejiklian says she is yet to find out whether the death of a 48-year-old woman in NSW is linked to the AstraZeneca vaccine.
Federal health authorities are investigating the death of the woman who developed blood clots after receiving the jab.
The ABC has been told preliminary tests did not find a conclusive link to the vaccination.

Further CCTV issued as detectives renew appeal for information into kidnapping
Detectives have released further CCTV and are renewing an appeal for information, as investigations continue into the kidnapping of a man from Sydney’s north last year.
About 12.40pm on Saturday 24 October 2020, officers from Ryde Police Area Command attended a unit block on Morrison Road at Ryde, following reports a man had been violently abducted from the underground carpark.
A crime scene was established and following initial inquiries, the matter was referred to detectives from the State Crime Command’s Robbery and Serious Crime Squad, who took carriage of the investigation under Strike Force Nicotiana.

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - New Orleans Police are investigating a shooting on I-10 that has left a man injured.
Police responded to a call of a shooting on I-10 near the Morrison Road exit Friday afternoon. When they arrived at the scene, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital by EMS.
I-10 eastbound has been closed while NOPD investigates.

NEW ORLEANS A shooting on I-10 near the Morrison Road exit left a man injured and eastbound traffic in the area halted for about an hour.
Police said the man was taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds.
Police temporarily closed I-10 at Chef Menteur Highway due to the shooting investigation. It was reopened before 3 p.m.
It is the second time in less than 24 hours that a shooting on the interstate in New Orleans has left people injured and the highway shut down.
Thursday evening two people were hurt when shots were fired on I-610 near Broad Street.
