A 29-year-old Sedalia man is facing multiple sex-related felony charges for allegedly inappropriately touching three female children. A probable-cause statement says the children were ages 12, 10 and 4. The alleged sexual abuse first was reported by a social worker at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City on January 26. The children explained the incidents in explicit details to a child-safe investigator on February 1. During a separate interview, one of the children said Paul John Schraml IV threatened to kill her and her entire family if she told anybody.
