At last night’s meeting, the board heard a presentation from Morongo Unified School District public relation liaison Laura Hall on the district’s public relations efforts, discussing demographics and statistics for district and school site social media pages and reviewing the district’s goals for communicating vital information with the community.

At tonight’s meeting, the board will begin in closed session at 6 p.m. to conference with labor negotiators and hold a public employee performance evaluation with the superintendent. In open session beginning at 7 p.m., the board will review a presentation on the district’s recent public relations efforts, including Facebook and Twitter posts. The board will also adopt the 2021 proposed budget calendar and amend an administrative regulation regarding complaint procedures. The meeting will be held via YouTube Live from the official MUSD YouTube page.
