Western Cape’s Disaster and risk management teams will remain on high alert amid an ongoing storm. Some parts of the province have been hard hit by continuous rainfall and strong winds – specifically in the Overberg and Cape Winelands. Two people died in flood waters in Bonnievale on Wednesday night. In Struisbaai, three hundred families were displaced after their homes were flooded. eNCA s Monique Mortlock has the story.
