On Sunday, Pádraic Joyce submitted the latest piece of evidence that crime does pay in the GAA. He might have overegged it by saying Monaghan will be rewarded for “breaking a curfew” when they enjoy home advantage in the relegation play-off against his Galway team on June 13 but his frustration was understandable.
GAA confirm 500 allowed into Allianz League matches in six counties

The GAA have confirmed that 500 spectators will be permitted to attend Allianz League games in the six counties, starting this weekend.
The hurling and football league season got underway at the start of this month and all matches on the island have been played behind closed doors.
The Northern Ireland Executive allowed the easing of restrictions for outdoor gatherings on Monday and a statement from Croke Park on Tuesday reads: With cross border travel for non-essential reasons discouraged and following discussions with Ulster GAA, the following breakdown has been agreed.
