The proposal is for a 16-unit row housing development including two-bedroom and three-bedroom units. Council gave first reading to the proposed rezoning and OCP amendment and forwarded the project to a February 2 public hearing. Here are other highlights from council’s Jan. 18 meeting: Benvoulin Heritage Park Council OK’d a request by the Central Okanagan Heritage Society to designate Benvoulin Heritage Park including McIver House, Reid Hall, and the park as a municipal heritage site for long-term protection.
