A man accused of committing several arsons at emergency-services stations in Connecticut has been arrested in Pennsylvania. Richard White was taken into custody Saturday night after he was spotted by the Pennsylvania State Police, WBRE/WYOU is reporting. State police at Milton said they were alerted by Connecticut authorities that White had been seen traveling west in Interstate 80. He was taken into custody about 8 p.m. during a traffic stop in the Milton area, they said. White is being held in the Northumberland County Prison pending extradition to Connecticut.
