Blair, who had been in prison since 2012 serving a life sentence, was released in March. Since then she got COVID-19, dropped out of Pierce College, and has slept in her truck. “It’s been extremely hard,” Blair said. “I really thought that there would be more help for somebody getting out of prison.”
