Mattie s Call issued for 2 men who left Clayton County health facility

RIVERDALE, Ga. The Clayton County Police Department needs the public s help locating two men who walked away from a behavioral health facility last night and haven t been seen since.
Jerry Barnes and Michael Nwachukwu left the Riverwoods Behavioral Health Facility off Medical Center Drive at around 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
Nwachukwu has been diagnosed with Schizoaffective Disorder and is without his medication. Barnes has been diagnosed with bi-polar disorder and manic depression and is without his medication.

RIVERDALE, Ga. - Clayton County police are searching for two patients of a Riverdale behavioral health facility who went missing Monday night. A Mattie s Call, Georgia s emergency missing alert for disabled or elderly persons, has since been issued.
Officials say 48-year-old Jerry Barnes and 28-year-old Michael Nwachukwu both walked away from the facility on the 200 block Medical Center Drive around 6:15 p.m. Monday.
According to police, Barnes has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and manic depression and Nwachukwu has been diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder. Both men are traveling without their medication.
