12 years ago…what really happened Twelve years ago, the king of pop, Michael Jackson, left this world, at the age of 50. His death, on June 25th, 2009, came as a shock to many. I remember EFM calling me up and requesting me to say a few words, on this great entertainer, as I had the rare opportunity of seeing him perform live, in Singapore, at the National Stadium, during his Dangerous World Tour, in August, 1993. Wow, what a concert! And, it was a dream come true, for me! I’m sure lots of readers would like to recollect the events that led to Michael’s death on June 25th, 2009.
