Tell us about the upcoming new studio album by Flotsam and Jetsam
“The new Flotsam and Jetsam album was supposed to come out in January 2021 that was what the plan was, so the album is pretty much done. Everything is done, completed, except for the artwork as and it is now pushed to June 2021. So we stopped doing the white knuckle recording and started taking our time with the mixes. I think we are going to be releasing a lyric video pretty soon for the first single, maybe February March 2021. ”

At Montana Western, Dr. Morrow and his undergraduate student researchers are studying some of the proteins that play roles in the early secretory pathway of the pathogenic yeast Candida albicans. Since protein secretion is important for this organism to cause infection, a better understanding of the machinery involved in protein secretion could lead to the identification of future drug targets to prevent and treat Candida infections

Wendy Ridenour is an ecologist and assistant professor of biology at The University of Montana Western, where she has taught experiential classes full time since 2009. Her current research focuses on whole community dynamics in alpine systems, including plant-plant and plant-herbivore interactions and how alpine communities respond to anthropogenic climate change.
Max Davis with his team medal from the European Junior 10k Road Championships ENGLAND junior international Max Davis is thrilled to have been asked to join the England Athletics Junior Talent Programme for 2021. Davis - who competes for Avon Valley Runners - has been invited to attend the scheme which is part of England Athletics Talented Athlete and Coach Pathway programme. It will ensure both Davis and his coach, Steve Williams get access to comprehensive support to allow the youngster the best chance of fulfilling his potential. “It was much needed after the year we have had!” said Davis. “It is nice to see that England Athletics believe in what Steve and I are doing.

Show Transcript STAY VIGILANT. THE DAILY NUMBER OF COVID-19 CASES IS GROWING IN THE CITY OF MANCHESTER. WE SAW A HIGH OF 145 FOR THREE DAYS. SO THAT WAS THE PEAK FOR MANCHESTER SO FAR. THERE ARE MORE THAN 12 ACTIVE CASES. THE MAYOR SAYS THE CITY’S HEALTH DEPARTMENT IS WORKING AROUND THE CLOCK ON CONTACT TRACING AND TESTING. THE CITY OF MANCHESTER PROVIDES TWO DAYS OF TESTING. ANY RESIDENT CAN GIVE US A CALL. THEY NEED TO REGISTER AHEAD OF TIME. TO HELP CONTROL THE SPREAD, THE MAYOR IS URGING PEOPLE TO TAKE PRECAUTIONS.
