NORMAN, Okla. -
A man involved in a head-on crash was shocked to learn a friend was seriously injured in the same way.
Ryan Rogers was hurt when a driver hit his vehicle head on near the intersection of Highway 9 and Jenkins Road in Norman on December 28.
“I was banged up, that’s for sure,” said Rogers.
The crash mangled Rogers car, leaving him with numerous broken and shattered bones. He said everything happens for a reason.
“I had about half of a second to react,” said Rogers. “I do remember taking a hard right and trying to avoid him which obviously didn’t work.”
