It s been a while since we ve heard from PewterReport.com s Mark Cook, and we check in on him today as we re less than three weeks from the July 24 reporting date for training camp! Mark does not want anyone questioning his Lightning credibility on Twitter, as he was at the very first Lightning game! Onto the Bucs, a little talk on Jason Licht s tremendous job these past few seasons, and the fact they did everything they wanted to accomplish this offseason, also throwing props to cap guru Mike Greenberg.
