Jeff Logan, CEO of Logan Luxury 5 Cinemas, said the decision to sell beer and wine at the downtown Mitchell theater was a move that follows a growing trend. “Both the State Theater and West Mall in Sioux Falls, and even Madison, Brookings, Vermillion and Spearfish, all have this now.
