With the passage of legalization, New Jersey’s medical marijuana dispensaries are eagerly eying ways to join the pending legal weed market.
Gov. Phil Murphy on Monday signed a massive bill into law that outlines the rules and regulations for a legal marijuana market. But it didn’t immediately flip a switch for legal sales to begin. A commission must still adopt rules and begin licensing new dispensaries, and the existing medical marijuana companies will likely get the first shot at selling to the public.

(Reuters) – There are perks that come with winning but perhaps the biggest is the freedom to try new things and NASCAR champion Chase Elliott enjoyed a close season indulging himself from racing on dirt tracks to featuring in the Disney/Pixar Cars franchise.
Since claiming the NASCAR Series crown in November, Elliott has been busy trying his hand at midget cars and dirt tracks at the Chili Bowl to getting behind the wheel at the 24 Hours of Daytona and assuming his Disney/Pixar role as Chase Racelott.

Veteran Formula One driver Romain Grosjean admitted this week he had been struggling to explain to his family why he was so interested in racing in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES in 2021.
That was until a video posted by Will Power on Twitter caught his eye. The camera’s view was from Power’s helmet during preseason testing earlier this week at Sebring (Fla.) International Raceway. Grosjean could hear the sound of the 2.2-liter twin-turbo V6 engine, and he felt the thrill of the road. It spoke to him.

UPDATE: Wayne Taylor Racing won its record-tying third consecutive Rolex 24 at Daytona, using a new car and a new lineup to beat some of the best racers in the world.
Filipe Albuquerque held off Kamui Kobayashi and Renger van der Zande both part of WTR’s winning teams the last two seasons and both seeking to become the first winners of three consecutive Rolex races to give the overhauled Taylor team its fourth win in the last five years at Daytona International Speedway.
