Ruth Leggett has been named as chief executive officer (CEO) of Sedgwick in Ireland, with Malcolm Hughes, who formerly held the role, becoming international executive director, while also remaining as executive chairman for Ireland.
Leggett was previously chief of staff and deputy CEO for Ireland and has considerable experience integrating teams, empowering colleagues, and advancing organisational development.
She steps into the role vacated by Hughes, who spent 24 years as CEO in Ireland. Mike Arbour, CEO of Sedgwick, praised his industry expertise, insisting his decades of experience will be invaluable in his broader global role.
